Best Location on the beach! This beautiful contemporary beachfront home is in a prestigious gated community on one of the best beaches on the North Shore. . Our beach is great for snorkeling when the seas are calm and surfing when the surf is up. We are minutes away to the best beaches on the the island. There is a wonderful shady biking trail close to the home and we provide bikes and helmets for four guests. This impressive home sits on a perfect lot with full ocean and coastline views. Thirty-five foot sliding glass walls open the great room to a beautiful large covered deck with incredible views. The deck is furnished with a dining table with seating for 6, Hot Springs Spa for 6, sofa, two comfortable oversized chairs, chaise lounges and BBQ Grill with 5 burners. We provide beach towels and beach chairs. The home has four bedrooms and an office that can convert to a bedroom with queen size bed. There is a large eighty inchTV in the great room and large 75" TV's in Master Bedroom and 50" TV in the office. The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a Brand New Color Laser Projection TV System.
There are two Master Bedrooms, one is elevated and is 541 SF and has a comfortable king size bed, sofa and chairs. It has an attached bathroom with large shower and a private entrance to the beach.
The 2nd Master is Oceanfront with large walls of glass providing ocean views, sunset views and moonlight views. There is a large flat panel Smart TV, walk in closet, private bathroom with large shower with ocean and pastoral views.
There are two guest bedrooms, each with ocean views, one with King Bed, and one with Queen bed and they share the 3rd bath.
The office has ocean views and includes including printer, WIFI, flat panel TV, DVD and queen size bed.
Each room in the home has its own central air conditioning unit. The walls are filled with beautiful original artwork of the North Shore.
The home is 10 minutes away from Turtle Bay Resort for tours including helicopter tours, fine dining including Roy's on the Beach and Lei Leis on the course, golf, tennis, spa, and well equipped gym and a spa offering massage, and regularly scheduled fitness classes. We are five miles to Haleiwa Town with its many shops and restaurants. This property rents at highly discounted prices as a legal 30 day rental.
